Mubasher: Boubyan Petrochemical Company announced its share of cash dividends from EQUATE Petrochemical Company and the Kuwait Olefins Company.

The Kuwaiti firm will receive dividends of EGP 17.42 million from the two companies in which it owns a 9% stake, according to a statement to Boursa Kuwait on Thursday.

The dividends will be reflected in the company’s financials for the fourth quarter ending on 30 April 2020.

It is worth mentioning that during the second quarter ended 31 October 2019, Boubyan Petrochemical reported net profits of KWD 1.12 million from KWD 3.33 million.
